Se regulará un procedimiento de autorización de urgencia para estos traslados provisionales. El farmacéutico autorizado no podrá participar en otro procedimiento de autorización durante los cinco años siguientes a la anterior autorización. Del mismo modo, el procedimiento de autorización podrá prever supuestos en que no proceda la valoración de determinados criterios de selección que hayan servido, entre otras causas, para la obtención anterior de una oficina de farmacia, o como consecuencia de la anterior transmisión de oficina de farmacia.
